Resin/Polyurethane Figures:

Hand made and casted, MOQ: 200. If printed cardboard is required - MOQ 300. Most collectibles are made of resin. No moving parts, fragile.

Timeline: It usually take us two-three weeks for sculpting from scratch. We can also output the sculpt with a 3D printer if you can provide us the digital file (Zbrush, stl) Once the sculpt is approved, it will take us 1 week for molding, and 1 week for polishing. We can then move to painted prototype afterward. The production will take us 1-2 month depending on the quantity. 

Sculpting - 2 weeks

Molding and retouch - 2 weeks

Painting - 1 week

Production - 1-2 months

Vinyl Toys:

Rotomold, MOQ: 300. usually blind box, Less detail compare to resin or plastic.

PVC/ABS Plastic:

Injection Mold, MOQ: 2000, Cheap for large quantity production, Injection mold is very expensive, can have moving parts
